MMC Corp announces the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors — Maria Meyers and Bradley Ives. This appointment expands the board to six directors.

Curating a board with diverse backgrounds ensures that not only do we hold ourselves accountable in maintaining a business growth trajectory, but also allows for the consideration of new viewpoints that may have a positive effect on the company.”
Maria Meyers is the executive director at the UMKC Innovation Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She is the first female to be appointed to the MMC Corp Board of Directors. Meyers grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and attended Iowa State University, where she received an undergraduate degree in physics.
Her career path spans a variety of industries, but all have one thing in common—entrepreneurial spirit. In her current role, she oversees SourceLink, a program that identifies communities’ entrepreneurial resources and strengths to improve their value, impact, and visibility. In addition, she currently heads the University of Missouri – Kansas City Innovation Center which organizes a variety of university supported business outreach services into a single organization.
Bradley Ives brings 40 years of business-owning experience and insight to the MMC Corp Board of Directors. Currently, he is a director at Mortgage Lenders of America, a firm he co-owns. His primary function in this position is to serve in an advisory role to the company’s president. In addition, he manages originating mortgage loans and directly oversees the financial reporting and banking relationships for the company.
Ives graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.
