Career Development
Construct U, our “School Within a Business,” develops the technical and leadership skills of our people—no matter where they are in their careers or which path they choose within the company. Construct U leverages the expertise of our company’s subject matter experts who pass invaluable knowledge through the ranks.
Geared towards recent hires to the business, this multieducational program is designed for Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Estimators, Assistant Project Managers, and others in operations roles. The program includes networking with peers and leaders, professional development, and various training exercises.
This program is designed to equip managers with essential leadership skills and knowledge whether they’re new to the world of management or have been a manager for years. We want to provide opportunities for you to cultivate new skills and sharpen existing ones to support the success of each employee.
The Field Leadership Program is geared towards front-line leaders in construction. This training features an expert panel of co-facilitators and senior field leaders from Cerris Systems and Cerris Builders.
This development program designed to address advanced challenges leaders face across the organization. Participants will learn alongside a small group of peers quarterly and will work together throughout the program.
4o-Hour Learning Challenge
Each year, we challenge our team members to dedicate 40 hours to professional development and learning. To keep things interesting, we host a friendly competition between offices to see which location can rack up the most learning hours. To keep learning engaging, we’ve introduced a friendly competition across our office locations to see which team can log the most training hours. Together, our teams have already exceeded 30,000 hours of learning—and we’re just getting started.
