MJ Bradley
MJ Bradley exhibits integrity in all of his working relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients. He is a proven leader who has spent his career at Cerris, growing into a proven leader who now manages some of our largest, most complex projects. MJ has the ability to take on any challenge, and no matter what obstacles he faces, he fosters trust with the individuals and organizations he works with.

The Cerris Marketing team showed incredible collaboration and support for one another and the entire organization as they led the company’s massive rebranding efforts to the Cerris brand. When undertaking this massive strategic initiative, they approached decision-making with thoughtfulness and respect for opinions from around the organization. They worked hard to ensure the transition into the Cerris brand remained seamless and impactful for all stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial Spirit Award
Erick Rocha and Zach Morger
Erick Rocha and Zach Morger have shown extraordinary dedication to seeing us grow and succeed as a company. These individuals always take the time to mentor others on their team, ensuring ground-up success, and have implemented innovative solutions to foster the growth of our newest location in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2024, they relocated their families to Arizona in a show of commitment to not only building our business but to establishing a strong organizational culture with the team in a new region.
Caring Heart Award
Darrin Mitchell
Darrin Mitchell consistently goes above and beyond to support colleagues in need. He is known for creating strong, authentic relationships, providing a space for others to be vulnerable when needed. He has also taken his passion for aviation and used it to help friends and colleagues in need. In the past year, he used his own plane to fly a colleague and their critically ill spouse states away to ensure she could receive care.
Quality Craftsmanship Award
Jeremy Huffman
Jeremy Huffman is known for consistently taking the time to help others learn and grow in their roles in the spirit of our “Train Your Replacement” mentality by fostering Quality Craftsmanship in all of our team members. His patience and knowledge are invaluable in supporting our ability to build the extraordinary. Recently, Jeremy made a huge impact as a leader on a prominent jobsite, elevating the relationships Cerris Builders holds with its clients and partners.
